I've no confidence whatsoever here either

For me it's over already, mate. Arteta has not got the skillset or the experience to make up the points. His team as he has built it also has not got the required levels to do it either.Arsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2024 4:21 pmAt ours, we’ve no choice but to step up.
Do or die here. Lose and it really is already over.
All games at 3:00 on a saturday.....no international breaks every 2 weeks and VAR can fuck off as well...OneBardGooner wrote: ↑Fri Nov 15, 2024 11:18 amKIt'll make a pleasant change just to have a Game kick-off at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, instead of those shitty 4:30pm's on a Sunday etc
3 - 1 Win to Us.

I know you're not, mate. But there are a couple on here that will use any excuse to defend Arteta's failings. I actually believe we possibly could win it from this position. I just don't think we can with Arteta as manager. But it would take a new manager with more experience to come in and buy a goalscorer and know when to change things up in-game. As we are, I don't think we can do it, sadly.OneBardGooner wrote: ↑Fri Nov 15, 2024 9:40 pmI don't consider myself to be a Cultist DB... But I do think it is possible for Arteta to turn this season around and actually challenge for the title. I can see the Victims(*) definitely dropping significant points and provided we can wake-the-fuck-up out of the Morose downward spiral of the last 5/6~? weeks, then we definitely stand a chance.
Perhaps I am so desperate to WIN the fucking thing I am just clutching at straws![]()

But we either WAKE-Up NOW...or continue to fuck up the next few games... if the latter then for certain it is all over for this season with regards the title.

Reaisticaly nigh on impossible....still on for top 4 trophy thoughReno Gooner wrote: ↑Mon Nov 18, 2024 10:02 pmWin 3 on the bounce , whilst they lose 3 on the bounce, just to get level......then throw City into the mix.......And then if, and when we're level, keep winning and winning and winning. Or hope that they continue to drop points when we do. So they need to drop about 12 to 15 points between now and Christmas for us to still be in the mix, because we'll certainly drop more points before Christmas. It's not going to happen, especially without a striker. And if he does decide to buy a top, top qualiteeee striker, it'll be another 10 games down the line from now. Too little, too late. And he won't anyway.
