Arsenal box office clusterfuck

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Arsenal box office clusterfuck

Post by A11M11 »

What idiot decided to change the ticketing exchange system in mid season ? We have been waiting over 13 hours for a reply to try and change our passwords . It seems that you can't upload your ticket to your phone , put your ticket on a friends transfer or on the ticket exchange system without changing your password ,
Advice from club come to the ground early and go to the box office . So 60,000 people potentially could be in the queue and will need processing in about 5 hours at the rate of 1200 a minute.
Don't think that I am going to drive 3 hours to join that queue and then not get in .

Same happened me, forced password change and now the system says I've no membership

Contacted the club last week and have heard the square root of fuck all back - can't access any part of the site that requires a log in. Well played all. Is Ivan back?

Just got this,

ENTER USING YOUR DIGITAL PASS

Entry into Emirates Stadium is via digital pass only. If you haven't already, download your pass from the Arsenal App and add to the wallet on your smart phone before you come to the stadium tomorrow.

SINGLE SIGN ON

Our match this weekend is our first men’s home game since we launched Single Sign On to streamline how you log in to all our online platforms, and to enhance your security.

All digital passes will still work as normal for this fixture, regardless of whether your details have changed on the membership following the Single Sign On launch.

Please note, digital passes are not activated for Ticket Transfers. Once you have accepted the transfer, you will receive a PDF ticket attachment from [email protected] for the game, which is used to get into the stadium.

Watch our video to find out all you need to know!

If you’re unsure or would like further assistance, our Supporter Services team will be available from 11:00 on Saturday at the Matchday Box Office, to support you with any issues on the day. The Box Office is located at the front of the stadium to the left of the Armoury store.

Please visit our Help Centre before getting in touch or visiting the Box Office.

ah i remember a time when all my match tickets were in a little book and just got torn out as i attended.......simpler times.

Is it just me or do we seem to be really bad at stadium and ticketing management?

Should be a few more tickets available considering the current run of form.

Plenty available, but every time I put a TX ticket in my basket, it fails to work. I get this message
"This ticket is no longer available. This seat is already locked in another members basket’

If I put a non-TX ticket in my basket, it works.

Oh and I can’t enter ballots, because my two memberships are under one email address and it attempts to enter the ballot with the inactive membership :banghead: Not that it would matter as I never got a ticket in the ballots I did enter prior to the single sign on.
