🚨 JUST IN from @FabrizioRomano:

Arsenal made a call in the last few weeks to understand the situation of Jhon Durán.
If we haven't got an answer by now, were we actually calling the right number? Or were we calling by carrier pigeon?
No! They gave the message to Denilson to deliver in person; who although going there as fast as he can, should arrive by next Xmas.

Denilson has just passed partey there now so the hope is that he will be there earlier than expected - either that or partey should be on his way to old folks home :rubchin:

Not gonna happen I know, but IF we signed osimhen in the next 48 hours then I am convinced we would turn citeeh over on Sunday - the boost a top striker signing would give the fans and the players would be off the chart, and we could have an effect similar to the next manager bounce. I look at all these big games passing us by and think if we leave it until after the citeeh game to sign a striker, then it will be too late then anyway

Our academy graduate Ayden Heaven is on his way to Man United. Poached, scrambled, never to be seen again. Heaven goes to Hell

The fact there hasn’t been a peep about him this window leads me to believe he's already signed something for next summer - possibly Saudi. Pissing away a prime year of his career in Turkey sent alarm bells ringing for me. Would I take him now out of desperation, absolutely, but over the course of a 4/5 year contract I reckon it would be a disaster.

I think this tells us everything we need to know about Arsenal Football Club's transfer strategy. A few days to go before the window shuts and we've got images of Postman Pat.

The message has been passed to Martinelli, he was last seen backtracking with it. Should be back at the club first week in February.

Not a big deal losing Heaven to Utd. He's 18 yo and has played 10 mins in the first team. If he was actually that good he would have had chances by now! It's a nothing story.

Fair chance we'll try to buy Ferguson now they've said they are happy to do a permanent deal. If say no more than 35-40m but Brighton are good at selling so we'll probably pay 50-55m as we are desperate. Signing him also means we can still go for Sesko and have Ferguson as backup.

Ferguson will fit in with us, he's already injured and has an unknown return date
