Well, fuck me sideways that was a delight! :barscarf:

I was watching it in a boozer in Palmers Green; I didn’t expect an awful lot but wasn’t dreading the game, like years ago. Great start, but of a shakey middle - and the 60 seconds between Sloth equalising and Partey’s goal, I was sat furiously in the “I hate Kai Havertz” club, for his miss in the first half. When Partey scored, I leapt from my seat roaring in delight, the pint went for a bit of a leap and my wife (American/Hispanic - she doesn’t care about any sport) looked at me as if I’d gone mad.

Putting 5 passed them after Haaland gave it the big’un in Manchester was genuinely fucking sweet.

Miserable bstard I am, now my feeling are so what. In isolation great but we still have same issues that the club are refusing to address so it's pointless

We could catch victims. There not that good and will drop points. But doing so with havertz as the main striker and 0 alternative is utter negligence and makes it highly unlikely.

Don't know if it's the manager the owners or the SD but it stinks and is utter utter self harm up there with anything Wenger did, and worse given how close we are.

A quote from Neville after the game yesterday:

"I want to mention Gabriel and what he did to Haaland. It happened to me actually at Highbury many, many years ago and we actually won 4-2 that day. A player screamed in my face."

"I actually don’t like it, I think it’s a bit disrespectful. I get that Haaland was the pantomime villain here today but there was something about it that I didn’t like."

"I was many things on a football pitch to be fair and 's*********y' was my game full stop. But I never did that. I never went and screamed in a players face. I just didn’t like that, it made me feel a little bit uneasy, it was a little bit disrespectful."

It's getting to the point that we need to be speaking to Sky saying this skidmark needs to be taken off our games, absolute horrible cùnt.
"sh1thousery was my game full stop"

"....it made me feel uneasy, it was a little bit disrespectful."

It's like that scouse tw*t going "Sure, I've spat in a child's face before, who hasn't. But spitting in a baby's face? That makes me feel uneasy, it feels a little disrespectful."
:coffeespit:

He didn't even "scream in his face" a la Nistelrooy/Keown, he just ran past and shouted something. Nonsense.

And now the usual Anti-Arsenal brigade tossers are all saying that Arsenal are "Classless"; for what Gabriel "Did to" the Mong  and especially MLS for get this "making fun of Le Mongs 'Spiritual' beliefs" ... WT Fuuuucckkk! As if the Mong has any awareness of Spirituality... and of course anyone who knows anything knows that Arsenal are and have been since Football began The Bench Mark for 'Class'.

But of course this is what they regard as 'Classy'
