While I will agree that there is a small element of truth to your statement rodders, if you cast your mind back you will remember that a lot of what he is being slated for is the same things I slated him over 18 months ago - he delay's moving the ball, spends too much time twisting and turning and going fcuking nowhere, and he is slowing down our attacks more than any other player on this team. You ask any winger from any team from any era, and every single one of them will tell you that they thrive on getting the ball early before the defence gets a chance to get into position - he doesnt supply quick ball. You ask any pacy winger from any team in any era and they will tell you that they want space so that they can run at and past their full back opponent - captain invisible spends his time hiding on the wings and crowding the space that our wingers need. The commentators spoke during the game about our need to make that one big (striker) signing next summer to turn us into champions, but imo we also need a genuine creative centre midfielder or a creative player to play in the 10 cos neither rice nor captain invisible have enough creativity imo
