I still can't get over how good Merino has been, these are stats since he started playing as a striker

............................... Games..Goals
Mikel Merino ...........10.......6
Alexander Isak.........10.......5
Mohamed Salah.......10......5
Harry Kane................10......5

If we'd spent 70m on Sesko or Gyokeres in Jan and they'd come in and done that, we'd all be saying good money spent!

Flowers to Merino!

I'm going against the grain on this one, I actually think it does matter. As long as there is a glimmer of hope in the league we have to give it a go. That is not being a super optimist, or a rose tinter. I have given up on the league on a few occasions this season only to have some hope restored.
Liverpool will, most likely, win it but we need to apply whatever amount of pressure possible.
Injuries, to a degree, curtail how much we can change, and I understand the desire to protect players. However we can be strong enough to beat Brentford. ps no Sterling please 🙏

Ben White suffered a knock in training, hence his absence from the Arsenal squad

I'd have kept Merino in the team.
Barely played all year and Trossard isn't going to get on the end of Tierney's crosses

I believe he hurt his back hopping off a sunbed. Was apparently running late for his eyebrow grooming appointment.

cliveChenko supposed to be on the Righ of Midfield and he keeps wandering off leaving Tierney exposed and so Saliba has to cover Tierney...

the sooner clivechenko is gone the better better.

Why does Partey always look like he's trying to remember where he put his door keys?
