Re: Other Matches Thread
At one point it looked nailed on Bilbao, Lazio and Lyon in the semis and it ends up with Bilbao, Utd and fucking Bodo Glimt ffs.
The scum will beat Bodo, so while obviously hoping Bilbao win the thing, I’d take Utd over scum all day long.
Given the Sunday League nature of this competition it’s been inevitable we’d get to this point and that the scum might win it. The winners of this remodelled farce still get automatic CL qualification. Fucking joke.

Guendouzi going out against Norwegian farmers and Lack of Threat bottling it in injury time.
Rolling back the years to the Banter Era tonight.

Scum will either collapse in hilarious and predictable manner against the Norwegian pub side or get thrashed in the final by Athletic Bilbao or Manure. I wouldn't worry too much and in the worst case scenario, they stick with that fat tramp for another season and achieve their usual level of nothingness before sacking him in November.Sid33 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 18, 2025 8:09 amIf they did win it "springboard" "taste of success"the playing mantis wrote: ↑Thu Apr 17, 2025 10:53 pmBBC article, this spurs side came of age....it begins

He kinda reminds me of one of those travelling salesmen from back in the 60's when they would knock on the front door with a suitcase full of Shoe Laces, Dusters, Bracers, Toothbrushes etc... Then as a last resort if you said 'No Thanks', He'd wink, open his overcoat (just like the grey tatty one that Ange wears) to reveal all those Cheap Shiny Fake Gold or Silver Wrist Watches whilst looking from side to side as if to say... Nudge Nudge I'm doing you a favour here mate Only Two Quid...

Re: Other Matches Thread
No BFA is getting sacked come what way I reckon. Yes huge silver lining if they win and he stays as he's turd but they win back in CL and a decent manager and it's will be annoying. There squads is still shit imo but going only one way with BFASid33 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 18, 2025 8:09 amIf they did win it "springboard" "taste of success"the playing mantis wrote: ↑Thu Apr 17, 2025 10:53 pmBBC article, this spurs side came of age....it begins
