As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Sounds promising ATID !... Don't forget to take plenty of Piccies... #asking for a friend. (and Retro)
Apparently the chap I was speaking to (he didn’t like when I called him a special cuñt-stable - despite the fact he wore a silly black hat and a yellow jacket!) offered me a compromise; 6 months in a place called “HMP Broadmore” (I preferred when they called it Butlins,
to be honest), and having to sign up to some sort of register, or a night with Finsbury Park Gooners’ girlfriend and a course of antibiotics.
The agony of choice….
I know mate this Love Trists etc are never straight forward are they....
As for Retro inferring that he once Bonked and then Dumped Robbie Margo; sources inform me that he has now received a Life-Time Ban from both the USA and Australia.
How very Arsenal that amongst the rumours of Sesko, Gyokeres, Zubamendi etc that the first signing of the window will be another useless c.unt Chav reject
I'd rather see us have a decent academy keeper rise through the ranks than waste money on this turdbag. If he was any good he'd still one of Chavski's FOUR keepers wouldn't he?
It's the wages as well as the 5m. Ask yourself how many games will he play? He will get the domestic cups which we throw away anyway, match day eight in the CL if we are already through and some possible dead rubber league games later in the season when we are probably guaranteed top 4 but not the title
Waste of time signing in my opinion. For the role he would play I'd rather give experience to an upcoming teenager/youngster than someone who has had their chances in this league and been a useless lightweight tosspot who has been chewed up and spat out by one of our rivals
As I say though - a very Arsenal piece of business
I'm not disagreeing with any of that steve o, but last season we had neto who tbf is a proven keeper at the top level, and the cone boy still wouldnt play him - if he keeps the same policy this coming season then it doesnt matter who he has on the bench cos barring injuries to raya he wont play fcuk all. Spending big money on back ups has always done my head in - if you have a strong starting 11 then of course you focus on building strength in depth, but why would anyone spend big money on back ups when the first 11 needs a serious injection of quality first ?? Also for any other manager you could maybe justify spending big on squad players cos they might see decent amount of game time, but this legohead c.unt has his favourites that play nerly all the time and he hasnt a scooby doo about squad rotation (even after winning 7-1 away to psv ffs ).
I dont know if our young keepers are ready or not cos I have never seen them play, but given a choice between spunking £20m+ on espanyol player or spending £5m on kepa, then sadly I will opt for the latter even though I agree that he isnt a great keeper
Arsenal want to sign Juventus starlet Kenan Yildiz but the Italian club want to keep him at all costs and are ready to offer him a new contract. [@tuttosport]
