It's the Madrid based media who are mostly pushing the Zubimendi bollocks. Why would Madrid sign him when they have Tchouemeni, Camavinga and even Valverde who play there? Decent UK media are still saying it's a done deal for Arsenal, papers all signed etc?

My big worry is if we don't tie up a striker signing before the 10th, then if there's an injury or two at the club world cup, clubs like City and Chelsea will just throw massive bids at the like of Gyokeres and Sesko blowing Arsenal out the water. It's a very very serious gamble to not get it done before the 10th in my opinion.

Martin Zubimendi to Arsenal is done. All official documents have been signed, pending a successful medical which will be completed in July at Real Sociedad’s request.
