TBR Football understands that Crystal Palace chief Steve Parish is open to Eberechi Eze’s release clause being paid in instalments.

With @JamieBCoys

The only person I see writing or saying anything about us signing Eze is me, so I'm not kidding myself for one second thinking that we are after him - a shrewd manager would be in for him like a shot to play in odegaard's position, but I suspect that even if legohead did sign him it would be to squeeze our martinelli  Some fool on here a while ago tried to shoot down my suggestion of playing eze in the 10 and stated that he plays on the wing for palace, but that is factually incorrect - palace play with two guys kinda centrally behind mateta and that is as near to playing in the 10 as you can get imo.

Speaking of palace I seen headlines earlier suggesting that guehi has to decide between joining us or joining the victims - I'm sorry but has anybody even said that AFC are after him ?? I'm not dissing him as a player at all cos I think he is a good player, but I havent seen anything suggesting we are after him at all. I also seen the other day that he will only join a club where he is a guaranteed starter, and I would suggest that rules us and the victims out cos he def wont be a starter for us, and I suspect he wont be in scouseland either - personally I would have him ahead of konate in the victims team, but for some reason they rate konate

Spurs want Eze. Don’t think we are in for him. If someone is foolish enough to think we would sign him to play as our attacking mid in place of Odegaard then they must be called Coco.

Martinelli and Kiwior are the two to cash in on this summer.

I was open to Martinelli sticking around next season - only as second choice, but if a big money bid comes in then sell sell sell. Running head down into the full back and smashing shots straight at the keeper when through one on one - nice lad but I’ve tapped out on him a long time ago.

Likewise with Kiwior, there will never be a better time to sell, played really well since stepping in for Big Gabi but I’ve seen him duck out of enough headers and shirk 50/50s to know he’s not got it in him.

File under Balogun and Willock - 2 players who we knew were shite but that we still made decent coin off after they hit a purple patch while on loan. Kiwior having his purple patch now but he will revert to type. SELL.

A number of us have been saying it for some time; since mid-season. A quality player, a dangerous player, a player who would improve any team that he might join.

Few people on here claiming to have tipped Eze. Can’t recall anything being written until he scored in the Cup Final. Good winger. Would help us immensely but reckon he will go for top money. Which we won’t spend. Started with us as well.

The problem is that we'll offer less than the release clause and want to pay in instalments over ten years.

Why not go back and Trawl through all the posts...Long before the FA Cup Final... You'll eventually find them.

So, some Twitter ITK says the following (my own comments added in brackets) -

“ Elvis Basanovic (Sesko’s Agent), the reason the Sesko deal is now looking extremely unlikely.”

‘’Without staying much. (They never do  they know everything and say nothing  )

Was told these words:

Stepping stone (I assume it means we’ve been told that Sesko sees us a means to get to another club in a couple of years*)
Fabrizio
Klopp (who now works for RB Leipzig - could be getting involved to get Sesko off to Liverpool)
Agent fees
Wages

Won’t say anymore on this one”

“Hasan Çetinkaya (agent), the reason Viktor Gyökeres is now close to signing for Arsenal.

Big week ahead.”

- @jimmy_chilides

*Could link into what was reported earlier last week: “Benjamin Šeško wants Arsenal to put a release clause in his contract before he agrees to join.

@DuncanCastles , Reports”

All in all, more of the same shite!

We should NEVER sign any player that insists on a release clause in their contract unless it is some ridiculous amount (eg £200m) like they have in spain - any player that see's us as a stepping stone is not the type of mentality that we need in this club, cos you know they will always prioritise themselves over the team and will always have one eye on the exit door

Sniffing around Sesko for at least 18 months, and only now just finding out a likely transfer fee, personal terms, and the fact that he wants a release clause in the contract.

Just goes to show how utterly amateurish our approach to transfers is at Arsenal. Embarrassing.

Total agree with that Augie. I’ve nailed my drawers to the Sesko mast this summer, but we tried and failed last year and now it’s developing into another massive saga.

If these rumours are true (and fuck knows if they are - everything comes with a serious health warning in the ITK ocean of shit) then forget about him and pivot towards Gykores. If his attitude before even joining is looking for an exit strategy then avoid like the fucking plague.

Give his camp a deadline of July 1st and after that flush the c.unt.

Never try to sign a player who doesn't really want to come to the Arsenal! Clearly Sesko is not that bothered so bin him, right now, if it means Gyokeres, so be it.

This windows has been the most tedious ever, by a mile. Every horse shit website who spew total bollocks have done exactly that, every day, you know the ones.....TBR, Football London, Metro, Fichajes, FootballFanCast, Team talk, Sports Mole, Talksport.....Fabrizio fucking Romano..the list goes on....c.unts, the lot of them, with clickbait titles and 'stories' of absolutely nothing and you can add the enormous amounts of twatter ITK"s in the same mix.

It's telling that people like Ornstein and Mokbell are saying nothing.... Because there's nothing to say! Arsenal don't want to pay big money, simples, so we're going to end up with Watkins......at least he wants to play for us!!

I'd like to have Lautaro Martinez as the striker and Rodrygo as the winger, just sayin'.
