ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

Relax ladies relax. We’ll sign one of Sesko or Gykores in the next 10 days and I for one am hoping it’s BANG BANG BENJAMIN.

How do some of ye get out of bed in the morning
Your fucking triggering them all summer FFS

I'm merely stimulating debate
The only thing you’re stimulating is a discharge into their fucking knickers every morning with all the made up bullshit off twatter you regurgitate on here.

I’m getting on to Herr DB to have you banned for the duration of every transfer window. You’re going to give Augie a fucking aneurism before the summer is out for fuck sake :banghead:

Not me rodders cos I dont support giving the legohead c.unt another pound to spend in the first place.

My biggest issue going into this transfer window is absolutely totally focused on my wish to upgrade on odeargod - he doesnt create enough, he doesnt score enough, he slows down our attacks too much with his tippy tappy shite, and of course the cowardly c.unt goes missing when our backs are to the wall. I dont give a flying fcuk who we sign or who we dont sign if this c.unt stays in the starting team, cos no signing can compensate for having him in the team. I have zero confidence in the cone boy when it comes to assessing players, and that is why odeargod will remain in the team (and as captain  ) and our forward line will be led by the average sesko who will cost £80m and we will wonder next summer why we are trophyless again

Now that would be a bridge too far (no pun intended) - signing him would be the end for me and I would walk away then cos he is even worse than fat sterling

Benjamin will bang Augie, I’m absolutely sure of it. Park that one away coz Big Poppa’s got you covered.

I’m a huge fan of Odegaard and not prepared to write him off just yet. No doubt he fucking cliff edged badly this season but there were a few green shoots down the home stretch that hopefully point towards him finding some form again.

He absolutely cannot have a repeat next season but if he has a proper number 9 (Bang Bang) ahead of him I’ve no doubt he’ll provide the service. Next season is the one - winning the league and/or champions league is where the bar is at now.

🚨 JUST IN from @BILD:

RB Leipzig HAS LOWERED their asking price for the sale of Arsenal target, Benjamin Sesko.

With no movements in recent weeks, Leipzig are now considering £60M a more realistic price! 🇸🇮 ⏳ 🧩

Because no one wants the useless cuńt,

The guy is absolute pony.

I couldn’t imagine wanting a striker who was out scored, in the German league, by Timo Werner at my club. No wonder this club can get away with signing such sub-par shite when fans revel and rejoice in such mediocrity. The same fans who’ll also moan when we’re out of all domestic cups by early Feb, languishing in the league and up against real oppo in the CL.

Sesko is, and will be, an unambitious, cowardly and pathetic signing.

Sesko. Basically a knock off Seiko. “Never on time.”

The season before the choppers signed Isak he scored 6 goals in La Liga. SIX fucking goals. There’s probably a you tube compilation of his chances that season that would make interesting viewing.

He was raw as fuck but the potential was there (we were linked with him at the time supposedly) but he immediately exploded at Newcastle.10 league goals in just 22 games in his first season, 21 in his second and 23 last year.

No doubt there’s an element of risk in whatever striker we sign, Sesko has 43 league goals in his last 3 seasons with Liepzig (Isak got 33 in his last 3 at Sociedad for comparison) while Gykores scores for fun in a vastly inferior league, a crazy number of penalties too which he won’t have the luxury of here. West Ham away was the only league game we got a penalty in last season

So you look at both and think - can Gykores continue to score for fun after making the step up or can Sesko come in and bang like Isak did at the choppers.

I’d roll the dice on Sesko if I controlled the cash, I just see something in him that makes me think he could do some serious damage up top in this team. We wait and see.

You're spot on Rodders, Sesko is quite like Isak in many ways. Merino scored 9 goals in half a season, i'd expect Sesko to score 18-20 minimum in his first season.

Of course, this could all be a smokescreen because we are offering 130m for Isak on the 1st July? :rubchin:

If the choppers had missed out on CL he would have been very getable but Dirty Don Unai shitting his keks on the last day put paid to all that. Be interesting to see how Isak gets on this season with 3 games a week - I think he’ll struggle fitness wise and would be a massive gamble at £120m+. He’d spend the whole time here crocked if we signed him.
