I am a big martinelli fan (still ), but I have to say that I do like the thoughts of a front line of rodrygo - gyokeres - saka with eze in the attacking midfield position behind them There would obviously still be concerns about tactics and mentality of the manager and players, but as an attacking force that quartet would take some beating

I'd have no qualms declaring the trossard signing as one the best value deals of the last 5 or 6 seasons, but by same token I would absolutely support selling him now to the saudi's if we receive a decent offer - he is now the wrong side of 30 and his form nosedived for most of last season (albeit that he finished the season better), and running the club well means knowing when to cash in on players too

If we signed him I would break my tradition of being too old to put a players name on the back of my jersey Actually if I'm honest I dont know if I stopped doing it because of my age, or because there is no player that I have an afinnity to like I would have had with TA6, PV4 and the great Iceman Have to say that I would be tempted to put eze's name on my jersey if we signed him, but that's purely cos I have championed him so long on here that I feel I would have to back it up by putting his name on my jersey
