Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
I swear to God, if we buy Mandueke from the Chavs I'll be fucking fuming.
And can then see Nwaneri itching to leave as he'd want significant minutes this coming season, and with that bum ahead of him unfortunately he may see the writing on the wall

Nwaneri is going to Chelsea and Madueke is going to Arsenal. It’s not a wind up.

It is our understanding that Ollie Watkins is no longer an option being pursued by Arsenal.
Apparently also we've stopped negotiating with Sporting too over Gyökeres.
Sesko incoming ?

We should have never extended his contract last year, absolute madness. Complete sick note.Arsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 11:03 pmEXCL : Arsenal have been in discussions with the camp of Takehiro Tomiyasu to mutually part ways pending an agreement. That is the direction of travel as we speak.

looks like sessko is artetas choice...more his type of player....a lot of passing and link up play ....but not a goalscorer....not to dissimilar to havertzmcdowell42 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 4:47 amIt is our understanding that Ollie Watkins is no longer an option being pursued by Arsenal.

Rodrygo is available.........but it doesn't matter as Arsenal will submit a first offer of 55m which will piss Madrid off, then we'll go up in 5m stages every 10 days or so whilst we have multiple internal meetings, in which time another PL club will come straight in and offer a proper fee, job done. I have never known a club fuck about over a few million, more than Arsenal! It's almost like they don't want to spend the money........
Looks like Zubimendi will be our biggest buy this summer, so much for a 'spend big' summer, maybe Arteta is moving house??

Exc: Arsenal defender Takehiro Tomiyasu has left the club after reaching settlement to terminate his contact earlier last month. Deal expired in 2026 with option for further 12 months. Tomiyasu expected back from knee surgery in 4-5 months.

Picked out this towards the end of the article

How Kai Havertz's role evolves in the next 12 months after the introduction of a new centre-forward will make for interesting viewing, too.
There are understood to be several clubs in Germany keeping a close eye on Havertz's situation heading into next summer, when he will have two years left on his contract.

Williams rejected Barcelona AND Bayern. Barcelona were not able to register him. He also turned down Bayern’s second offer in order to extend.
New release clause included.

[James McNicholas] While Arsenal are linked with a host of attackers, contract talks w/ 18yo Ethan Nwaneri are at a delicate stage. EN wants to stay - but no agreement yet & strong interest from PL/Europe. A key situation for #AFC to address

Bin off Mandueke, get Eze, offer Nwaneri an improved contract and then loan him to Palace for the season for experience
