Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
I said on here two days ago that this deal to sign Madueke would go through quickly and without us low balling and offering all manner of contrived “add-ons” rather than paying the fee the seller wants.
Not only have we a happily agreed the price, but it’s comfortably 30 million more than it should be. In what world can a club pay 30m for a player, then two years later when it hasn’t worked out, increase his value by over 60% and manage to sell him for 50m to some mugs up the road? Oh yes, that would be in our fucking world. It’s bad enough that we’ve bought him, but to pay 50m is scandalous mismanagement. Fucking inexcusable. As Red says, you start to wonder if there’s more to this than meets the eye. It makes no sense.
This also pushes Nwaneri down the pecking order, because there’s no way that Lego Head won’t play Madueke ahead of him.
You can imagine the scene each summer in the Chelsea boardroom, as they look out the window and start pissing themselves laughing and saying “Here they come again, what shit we got to stripe ’em up for this time?”, as our idiot transfer team stumble into view.
Fucking clown world club. This ought to do for Arteta, because even the most ardent fan boy is gonna struggle to defend this. Once again, it’s not the players fault, he must be thanking his lucky stars, but unless he performs like Messi from day one, the fans are gonna be right on his back. When that happens, Lego Head will play him even more regularly.
ARTETA OUT.

I'm intrigued as to the home crowd reaction on hois first game, it'll be telling.Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Fri Jul 11, 2025 8:18 amI said on here two days ago that this deal to sign Madueke would go through quickly and without us low balling and offering all manner of contrived “add-ons” rather than paying the fee the seller wants.

My money is on a big cheer as the bowl is still full of idiots who havent a clue, it'll be telling if its worse than that as you'll know the tide has started to turn against captain black. Madueke could very well be the nail in legoheads managerial coffin.

I hope so Dec. I said on here a couple of days ago that buying Madueke would add a few nails to Lego Head’s coffin, but let’s hope it’s the final nail.
I could just about live with blowing 50m on yet another Chelsea reject if it meant Arteta was gone by Christmas. Trouble is, I still believe that we could be 10th at Christmas with his new signings playing like Sunday leaguers and he’d still be safe.
I’m honestly back to the mindset I had in the worst days of Wenger. This signing has tipped me over the edge.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
As for the crowd reaction to his first appearance, I’m expecting a muted cheer from a few retarded fan boys, but nothing more. Just a kind of nothing response.
If there is a proper roar, then we’ll know our club is well and truly dead.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
If Goykres and Eze/Rodygo come in i hope everyone will be happy then ? I would be .
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
I think i said earlier in the thread, i dont think it really matter who comes in......give this muppet peak invincbles and he'll drive them into the ground.
As a club the best move they could have made is to ship Arteta and ohdeargod out and start again. They didnt and they'll now reap the rewards of giving more millions to a bloke who made a complete dogs of the first 800 odd million he got.
At the end of the day the football management structure of the club isnt half as problematic as the absolute donkeys running the business and making the appointments.
Still.....middle tier at the bowl is sold and season tickets are all renewed, job done for another year!!

Arsenal have not received any formal approach or bid from the Turkish club for Trossard so far.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Spunking £50 plus million on this Chelsea reject is such a loser mentality.
We could have had already Gyokeres done and dusted and then used this transfer money (plus extra) on a player like Rodrygo as a statement to Saliba and Saka who might be thinking seriously about their futures soon that this club means business.
Missed opportunity in a crucial summer for the club imho.

Fucking laughable. Stupid prick describes Arsenal supporters as "too emotional". Bet the cûnt hasn't written a single word like that to describe the dippers when their boo their own players, send death threats to referees or demand inquiries every two minutes or the head choppers when they act like cûnts every single week. Fucking twat.xgtdec wrote: ↑Fri Jul 11, 2025 10:18 amhttps://www.football365.com/news/featur ... sations-id

He played 37 games last season!!!
How many do you want him to play? 50-60?
He was a sub for most of the U21 Euro competition, suppose that manager is useless also.
Arteta has put a lot of trust in Nwaneri and the player has a HUGE future at the club.
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Not so sure I believe shit going on currently.
Nwaneri hardly got on the porch for the last however many games last season and with us being linked with attacking players, he will certainly have more competition so it's no wonder he's stalling on the new contact and wants guarantees (which he won't get).
I think the Madueke signing is actually a replacement for Nwaneri because the club think he won't sign a new deal so we may have to sell him later in this window.
Madueke is a decent player, not better than what we have, but ok as a squad player if we want to go for all trophies, we need as much bigger squad. Not worth 50m though!!
