Al Hilal are ready to pay Alexander Isak £500K-A-WEEK.
@TimesSport
When you consider that Juve paid Ramsey 400k per week 6 years ago (admittedly he went on a free), that's not so daft.
Btw, I'll never understand the Ramsey myth. Less than bang average in my opinion, but one of those where supporters and pundits buy into a false reality. When he went to Juve, I said on here that within 2-3 months the fans and staff would see how poor he was and that he'd be benched. I don't think it even took that long.

The price tag for limited clubs could be reduced to range of €70-80m plus €5-10m add-ons.
This is only valid for few clubs considered “special” by Šeško.

I couldn’t stand Aaron “I can only pass a ball sideways” Ramsey at all. Utterly pointless footballer who is hyped up for scoring the winning goal in two FA Cup finals.Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 3:20 pmArsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 2:45 pmBREAKING!

I just had a look at his wiki page - he’s now playing in Mexico

Honestly, I was so happy when he announced he wasn’t signing a new contract.

Honestly, the ego on this kid is Bendtner-esq. Every “positive” compilation I’ve seen of him contains the same three long rage goals in it.
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
No way is Isak gonna fuck his career going to Saudi even for 500k a week, a European club would pay 300k a week.....ManUtd would probably give him 500k a week as well!
Only thing that might turn his head for 6 months out there is if there's £25m deposited in a new account for him in the Cayman Islands as a sweetener .......

I'd love it if Sesko and Leipzig were fucked for this season because of being greedy. Enjoy playing for a club not in Europe and fighting for a top 8 place, dickhead!

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Can’t say I know much about him but hopefully he’s a decent back up option for us. I see he can play right back as well and that he’s played virtually every game of the last two seasons. So in terms of availability he seems an upgrade on tomiyasu!Arsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 4:02 pmCristhian Mosquera has officially joined Arsenal

If I remember correctly, neither Rangers nor Cardiff kept him on either and that really is saying something.
It was a horror leg break that the poor sod suffered, but it seemed that the myth arose out of that. I can remember when he returned from that injury, fans holding up banners saying things like "Rambo's Back" and I was thinking "Rambo?? Where'd that nick name come from?". It was as though he was a returning hero, when in fact he'd only made about 20 appearances for us before the leg break and had been largely anonymous.
It also used to amaze me how the media (and many idiot fans of course) clung to some imagined idea that he was a goal threat. For a supposed attacking midfielder (he certainly had no idea defensively) his average with us was about 4 goals per season, even though he was allowed to roam freely wherever he wanted.
Of course, he was one of Wenger's favourites, so always got a game regardless of how poor his performances. I think he left when Emery was manager and I've no doubt that if he'd been here when Arteta took over, that Lego Head would have have kept him on, just as he did Xhaka.

Even though most went to the opposition, or out of play, they were glorious all the same.

Dave Kitson said, a while back, that Ramsey’s leg break was down to Pulis’ hatred of Wenger and how he riled the Stoke players up before the game.Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 4:19 pmArsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 3:34 pmI couldn’t stand Aaron “I can only pass a ball sideways” Ramsey at all. Pubis, Fatallardyce, Fergerscum all fuelled by the xenophobic Ingerland cûnts in the media. Fucking hell it was horrendous at times. Not that Wanker actually did anything to help- he just created a culture of excuse making instead of fostering a seige mentality which was what we needed.Arsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 4:36 pmDave Kitson said, a while back, that Ramsey’s leg break was down to Pulis’ hatred of Wenger and how he riled the Stoke players up before the game.Retro Gunner wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 4:19 pmArsenal Till I Die wrote: ↑Thu Jul 24, 2025 3:34 pmI couldn’t stand Aaron “I can only pass a ball sideways” Ramsey at all.
