Flushing Tomi, Tierney and Square Head will do wonders for reducing the sick note contingent but cornflake knees Calafiori will still keep the medical staff busy.
If this latest injury is serious, and going down with nobody near him doesn’t seem great then it’s time to get rid.

agreed, although he's likeable and plays well when fit the fact remains that he can't stay fit.rodders999 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 27, 2025 7:23 pmFlushing Tomi, Tierney and Square Head will do wonders for reducing the sick note contingent but cornflake knees Calafiori will still keep the medical staff busy.

Signing a player who suffered a serious injury in the past is a massive gamble that rarely pays off and it hasn’t here.
Piss poor judgement from all involved.

Sauce BBQ:
"Arsenal are hoping to quickly seal a £60m deal for Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze, with the 27-year-old England forward keen on a move to Mikel Arteta's side."
We need to get this sorted ASAFP!
Also:
Galatasaray are also set to make an approach for Donnarumma, who is about to enter the final year of his contract in Paris.
Fuck Galatasaray We should be looking at him... 2nd best Keeper in the world....

Thing is it's too late in this transfer window to flush him, so we are stuck with yet another sick note for at least a year, who on current Stats plays less than 50% of the season.

Read yesterday suggestions that cos gibbs white has signed a new contract at Forest, it is very possible that the scum will go back in for Eze instead - I would say that we def need to get him signed asap cos too many other clubs will go after him if we stall and his release clause is a big attraction for clubs

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Liverpool are preparing an opening £100M bid for Alexander Isak – well short of Newcastle’s £150M valuation.
The Reds hope to strike a deal around £120M, but the Magpies are expected to reject the first offer.
Isak wants the Anfield move, but Newcastle won’t sell cheap.

Fuck it. Once a player wants the move it’s very hard to keep them. This lot won the league at a canter with poor Jota or ropey Nunez up front, but Isak is still on a whole different level.
Salah and Isak in the same front line. Not good.

Was listening to a podcast the other day,guy was saying even though they've made good moves in the attacking areas, they haven't really upgraded in a defensive midfielder or a CB,van dick is 34 ,they've sold Quansah, Konate won't sign a new contract ,Joe Gomez is the only real CB replacement .

Apparently Gomez has left the pre season tour due to injury.mcdowell42 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 10:44 amWas listening to a podcast the other day,guy was saying even though they've made good moves in the attacking areas, they haven't really upgraded in a defensive midfielder or a CB,van dick is 34 ,they've sold Quansah, Konate won't sign a new contract ,Joe Gomez is the only real CB replacement .
