I am going to the match, because it is the only game each season I can actually get a ticket for!

Hoping that we put out a strong team, and find some kind of level of creativity rather than doing the horseshoe of doom for 90 minutes

Another meaningless pile of ***** and a chance to enjoy some more cricket and other summer pursuits!

When Sunday 17th comes around and this exhibition shite is done and dusted I'll start worrying how the team is performing

Win 5-0, lose 1-3, nobody will remember or give the slightest fuck once the real stuff begins

Totally agree - just a shame the Test series has finished. It was a million times more exciting than anything recently served up by Arsenal though!

I'm going to presume that the starting 11 for this game (barring any injuries )will be the starting team for the utd game

Well that is what any sensible and level headed manager would do McD, but with Captain Black in charge one can never know!

Fuck knows how this will go but helmet hair will probably be no closer to knowing his starting 11 for Auld Traffart..

I always thought Hose Shoes were meant to be 'Lucky' !???

"Horseshoes are considered lucky due to a blend of historical and symbolic reasons, primarily linked to their association with iron and the crescent moon shape, also a popular legend involving St. Dunstan and the Devil.
Iron was believed to ward off evil spirits, the crescent shape was associated with good luck and fertility, and the legend of St. Dunstan and the Devil reinforced the horseshoe's protective and lucky status "
#justsaying. :D

Not so lucky for the poor fücking nag that’s had its hoof chopped off. Also, is hoof choppers a new nickname for the Geordies?
