Some people just can’t be helped,
What always amazes me....although it no longer surprises me....is how these people manage to blag their way through life. The fact that they make all the right noises, but then fail to produce the goods, rarely seems to catch up with them.
I'd suggest that it's far worse now than it once was, because espousing the "correct" opinions opens doors and tends to keep them safe. Who's going to sack a bloke with all the right woke credentials? There would be an outcry. I always maintained that was why Southgate made such an exhibition of his woke beliefs....it would have made it difficult for the FA to sack St. Gareth of Southgate.

Yeah id say thats overall true, i do know that the main “diversity” woman at my own job has been utterly stealing a living for years from this shit, and is one of the most publicly celebrated people around, quite simply cannot put a foot wrong!!

You gotta laugh or you’d cry. These people that enforce the DEI policy (usually a woman) are by definition untouchable. They’re part of the HR dept which are also usually filled with women.
Time was that it was the “Personnel Dept” and made no decisions, but just administered the salaries, holiday allowances, sick leave etc. Just back office service providers. Now they exercise power and senior management are terrified about upsetting them as they have the power to finish careers and they know it. Mid management clerks who have authority way beyond their station and ability.
As you say Dec, they steal a living because they’re untouchable and make a big deal out of the simplest of issues.
It should also be noted that if the comments under that video are representative of our fan base then as a club we're utterly fucked.
