The "WHOOOOSH" Thread !

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Ozzy Bless Him and May He Rest in Peace was a Football Fan. Okay so he supported the Villains, but one cannot help where one is born....Or to what parents! etc etc

So how about having some respect for a Fuckin' "LEGEND".... who recently passed away ?

Show respect in the cannonballs forum not here.

I just read he tried to strangle Sharon, so he did have that in his favour, I suppose

I could ask you the same question, OBG.

This is a football forum, not music. So you want to honour a music “legend”, but what about the next celeb who dies? Shall we just have unrelated posts all over the forum?

As the pub landlord said; if you dont have rules where are you? France!

I didn't know that; I mean about the Royalties thing that is just Wrong on every level, in fact it is nothing less than Theft.

I know she is / was Don Arden's daughter and he was a "Gangster and a Well Nasty Cũnt". The thing is Ozzy love him was Not a musician... Singer!? Yes, but as far as I know in Sabbath Toni Iommi did the music, Geezer Butler did all the Lyrics (sometimes Bill Ward - who had a good voice btw) and music also and they would present it to Ozzy to literally sing over the top with a melody he had been given, so I should have guessed that whilst he did come up with lyrics for some songs...like Crazy Train... it was always the musicians in the band; like Randy Rhoads & Rudi Sarzo who composed the music.

That is just wrong and sad to know....simply because besides her being a Thieving Cũnt, Ozzy must have also known.
When I was in my teens, I remember reading Bev Bevan's autobiography, he was the drummer with ELO. ELO was on the same record label as Sabbath, Jet records, owned by Don Arden, and apparently she used to turn up at gigs, on tour and rehearsals and anywhere else a groupie would hangout, often completely off of her face and apparently would give anyone who was a bit desperate a good time. Probably how she ended up with Ozzy
