Okay... I was going to say...Yaaaay! Falky Welcome Back!

But NO!... Sorry Bro... You are Being Too Negative...So I'm Gonna open with:

Awwwwww! Come ON Falky... Let's Get "POSITIVE" (*) ...

Yes Verrily tis true they have always been a pain in the ole sphincter... BUT Besides them being a Bunch o CŨNT's (and we are Not!) The footballing Gods are gonna look at this as say:

" Ere! That Fernandes is a Right Whinging, Whiney Cũnt isn't he! ... Always in the Ref's ear, falling down and crying like a Bitch! Then getting those sly little digs into the opposition players while the Ref ain't paying attention" and "those MancyWankyFans Deserve a Good Shoeing after all the Grief they've given other Supporters over the years!" ... "So it's Time for a bit of Well Deserved Grief to Come Their Way! And what better team than The Arsenal to Do It ... In Style! "!

So I'm going for a significant WIN !!!

We'll turn up straining at our leashes and Smash These Fuckers Off The Pitch...Glock14 (©TopsideNorthbank) will deffo get a Brace, Saka will humiliate their LB and his doubling Up Bum Chum! Zubimendi will Fucking "Shine" Like the Classy Star He Is! and we WILL Spit-Roast These Fuckers, so they Mope Off the pitch at the end of the game like over char-grilled pieces of un-edible burnt corpses from a Kebab Sellers un-sellable blackened dodgy bits of body ... while we dance the fucking Sweet Fandango (cue Steely Dan! :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: )... And head home with Our Heads Held High and All Three Points Securely Tucked Away in Our Back Pocket...

(*) I See it this way, If we can exude 'Positivity' in the face of the Doubts that infest the throng and meet the challenges with Daring and a 'Fuck Them! Attitude... Then the Stars will Truly Shine Down On Us 'Believers'... and then should we not prevail, well then having given our best and trusted in the manager and the players... we then have every right to kick his smug smirking face & dead corpse into the dustbin of eternal Unforgiveness.

:proudtosay:

(See there's a certain logic in my 'Positive' pre-game outlook) :D

For Tis Said:

"In a world of rage and non-belief
When the tallow of truth has long been made and turned ashes
Some shall rise above it all
With the fury of the Gods and serve justice"

Aaaah! Yes! Time for Brekkies.... :whee:

The last time we played Utd away in August it finished 8-2
I am critical of Arteta but I don't think a team managed by him would ever get a beating like that.
1-1 draw.

The last time we played them opening day of the season, we lost 4-1 and Michael Knighton was doing keepy-ups in front off the United fans. I seem to recall Neil Webb scored for them after siging from Forest in the summer.

We had just come off the back of winning the league at Anfield :barscarf:

Typically we got a tough away start. Knighton nearly pulled off a total coup would of made a fortune off MU, charlatan certainly.

Remember we were awful that day Rocky apart, terrible.

Right - now all that pre season prancing about shit is over! Thank the fucking lord for that

Its a very rare thing to enjoy one of our appearances at OT. Isn't it two league wins in the past 19 years despite them being an absolute shower for the last 10 at least. The two wins we did get were 1-0 from a penno in COVID in a dire match, and the scrambled 1-0 two seasons back when Trossard scored and we barely got out of our half in the second half despite them playing stiffs

I've seen so many teams go there the past few seasons and rip them to ribbons - not just Liverpool and Citeh, but the likes of Bournemouth and even the vermin.

We are better than them, new signings and all, but we've been better for most of the last few years and it's never comfortable

It will probably be 1-1 again, but if we really did play to our best and binned the concrete boots we seem to wear up there, we are capable of sticking one on them, like 1-3 or something

Proper football is nearly here!

2-2, we'll make two mistakes to let them score despite dominating the game.
Michael Oliver to referee this one?? You know the rest!

May well dominate as per artetas controling tactics and passing the ball around but that of course does not gaurantee victory

We are better than them and hoping we can play to Gorkys strengths...

They have new signings ,a fullhouse and probably the ref behind them

going to be interesting

The new 8 second rule comes into effect this season, where the GK has 8 seconds to get rid of the ball ,and if he doesn't the opposition are given a corner kick ,so you can be 100% sure we will be the 1st team to get penalised when the new season kicks off

At Old Trafford as well, if not Anfield

Raya will probably be the first keeper sent off for it too

Is it 8 seconds from holding the ball in his hands or 8 seconds from the moment he receives it

I think it's handling the ball, to stop all the nonsense of keepers flopping on the floor with ball in hand (ooo er missus).

Ball at feet is no different to an outfield player and theoretically a keeper could run the length of the field with the ball and score. A bit like "rush goalie" :D

It looks like these c.unts have upgraded their attack, but their midfield and defence still look garbage.

If cow head Maguire plays, BFG (Big Fucking Gyokeres 8) ) will rip him a new one.

If our defence is properly at it, we will win as we are better in all other areas, and we must be due to give them a proper rinsing.

But it's first game of the season, and I don't trust Diet Pep and his tactics, from the start and in game.

A squeaky 1-2 :barscarf:
