Our forthcoming singing(s)

Post by Rob »

With the Scoucers spending all their pennies on Keane this surely means they've nowt left for Barry.

So.........we might be in pole position, not least as we are the only interested party.

BUT if Keane has really gone for £20 million   it's odds on that Villa won't back down from their asking price of £18 million and I can't see Wenger spending anything like that.

Frings at a quarter of that price is surely a better bet.

Anyone else come to mind ?

To be honest I'd love Barry as he could step into the Prem with out any need for an intro.

But let's face it - £18 million..............I just can't see that :(

This guy Inler appears to be the latest in a very, very long line of midfielders linked to us. If the 5mil buy out clause bit is true then I could believe this one.

Arsene buying the old yellow packs again  He could also help big Phil to settle as he is also Swiss

Firstly I very much dount we will sign more than 1 player unless judas up front is flogged

Secondly I would very surprised if we want either barry or alonso  Forget about them as potential targets

Frings is way too old for wenger

Have to say I am very worried as to what ramos and the scum do with their 20m bounty for keane :worried: Ramos has already shown that he can buy well and his knowledge of spanish soccer could give him an upper hand in the same way wenger's knowledge of french soccer assisted us. Am really worried that a big bid for david villa is in the pipeline for them which will really compound our summer woes if they get him

Is the link with us buying shay given dead now ? It was spoke about a lot a few weeks ago but dismissed when the clown was given the no.1 jersey but it resurfaced again at the weekend and has rekindled my hopes

I think the shite from the lane will get Villa. At least they have the balls to bid for the players they want. We just sit back and let the world go by.
One question though, and not for this coming season but next, are Uefa cup tickets easier to get

Personally I would like to see Diaby or Denilson given a go in CM this year, just like Flamini was last year. I agree we still need cover there but would hope we would go for a new CB or GK 1st.

Would love to see Given at Arsenal as well as Stephen Taylor - does anybody know if his contract has been sorted out yet? Failing that Cuellar at Rangers would be an excellant signing for us.

I rally Cant see Villa going to the scum purely fot football reasons if Berbatov goes and with keane gone he would be left upfront with bent. I cant see spurs playing the football villa needs to be a great. For that he needs us.

I agree with that last bit about Villa. I reckon that is just what they are going to do. That'll mean they have Modric and Villa two of the best players from Euro 2008.

It's no good blaming them for ambition. It's up to us to show we have more ! ........... :( ................
