Which Boozers to drink in before Fulham

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Which Boozers to drink in before Fulham

Post by 12thGooner »

The answer probably is no there aren't any, but.....

I'm not doing the boat trip and i've never done fulham before, are there any boozers that it would be safe to have a pint in before the game.

also, is it safe to wear colours,

would it be safe to do both, go to a boozer in colours

or would i be as welcome as a spud in the rocket on derby day.

The Larrick pub is where i drink, and it's always packed to the walls with gooners. The bouncers just dont like singing

And Fulham is one of the safest, and best away day outs you will have this season, great atmosphere in and out of the ground. So colours are no problem at all. It's along walk to the ground though,so get your wellies on if it's raining :D

It's all about The Larrick.... Go there before Fulham away every year. Have heard rumours they don't like chanting in there but the place is always rocking whenever I've been in there. Yeah you can wear colours, be wary on the London transport system on the way/ way home though. May bump into not so friendly folk. Not sure who the **** have got that day.....

I went to the 8 bells last year. It's a good little pub but took ages to get served! So me and my mate went to the offie round the corner and got a load of tinnies and drunk them outside the pub!! :-P 8)

This Saturday?

Before the match, I'll be in the White Swan on Highbury Corner but after, I'll be in the rocket.

God, its so good to get back to the ol' football routine! :D
