Fiszman - My position is absolutely clear
On Monday afternoon, Arsenal director Danny Fiszman released the following statement.
“Over the past few months there has been much ill-informed speculation about my shareholding in Arsenal. I publicly stated my position back in April and to eradicate any uncertainty supporters may have, I would like reiterate exactly where my position is again.
“I have been a member of the Board for 15 years now. The Club has experienced many successes both on and off the pitch in that time and being part of the Arsenal family is something that is not only in my mind but also in my heart. I, together with the rest of the Board take great pride in the fact that Emirates Stadium is our home and great pleasure in the exciting, entertaining football that the team plays.
“The Board is a strong unit; we are the custodians of this Club. In April we entered into an agreement not to dispose of our interests for at least one year with the intention retaining our interests thereafter. In short, I have no intention of selling my shares in Arsenal for the foreseeable future. There are exciting times ahead with the team showing so much promise, we are energised by what the future holds. I hope now that my position is absolutely clear.â€

Until the board come out with "we have released £XX million quid to strengthen the squad and to allow Arsene to get the super super class signings he the supporters and the club as a whole wants" they can fuck off!
All they are doing is coming out with pissy arse statements talking about their own interests!
Well board of Arsenal FC how about my fucking interests???

I reckon the board would love to come out and say we have millions for wenger, but the reality might be that we dont, and cant until be pay off some debt for the stadium, which will be when we sell the highbury apartments.gus ceasar is a legend wrote:Until the board come out with "we have released £XX million quid to strengthen the squad and to allow Arsene to get the super super class signings he the supporters and the club as a whole wants" they can fuck off!

What about them Gus, all this posturing has been done to death and to be frank is starting to get seriously tedious, I've no doubt you are speaking from a position of knowledge yet your view is one of ignorance and and holds absolutely no water whatsoever we've just spent the thick end of 400M and have yet to get the payback of the Highbury development, what planet are you living on???gus ceasar is a legend wrote: Well board of Arsenal FC how about my fucking interests???
