Chippy in hospital

Post by 26may1989 »

Doesn't sound too serious, but apparently Liam Brady has been taken to hospital in Dublin. Get well to him all the same:

MEDIA sources have reported that Arsenal legend Liam Brady was taken to hospital in Dublin on Thursday morning.

The 52-year-old Dubliner, who still heads up the Gunner's Youth Academy and also works as the Republic of Ireland's assistant manager, was taken to hospital after complaining of feeling unwell.

The former Arsenal winger, who was away on international duty was said to be suffering with pains in his back during last night’s 1-1 draw with Norway in Oslo.

Brady flew home with the rest of the squad but, upon his arrival in Dublin, he was taken to Beaumont Hospital for tests.

Bad news. Hope it is nothing serious. Probably an age thing. I'm getting aches and pains in all sorts of places (I'm about the same age). :x

Get well soon.
