Oasis
I'm the thurs as well as we've got a wedding by Waterloo on the fri afternoon. This'll be my 4th time (Wembley 2000, Reading Fest 2000 and Soton Rose Bowl 2005). Fucking quality. Would loved to have seen them supported by the Charlatans, their new stuff sounds a lot like New Order, its good work.
Saying that, got to see the Mondays support them at Wembley, that was awesome.

I know, and whenever I hear don't look back in anger on the radio it's time to change channels. One band I hated because of their crapness years ago who I've seen live on tv recently and noticed a massive improvement is Supergrass. Does anyone listen to them these days?perry groves was a legend wrote:Oasis are awful live. But then oasis are just awful........

Going to Bournemouth on the Monday
Face value was 38 quid
Saw them on the Morning Glory tour in Bmth when i was 17 and perforated my eardrum
Also seen em at Knebworth, Exeter on the Be Here Now tour, and Rosebowl on the Dont Believe the Truth tour (loads of Pompey/Saints fighting
in the crowd.
They have been poor on all the occassions apart from Bmth and Knebworth but this ones for old times sake

i wasn't expecting much from them but what can i say they got the crowd going it was mental Oasis just pissed and farted around the stage, at their peak they were brilliant but they have just produced shit latelyCus Geezer wrote:Comparing supergrass to Oasis is like comparing the Jam with the LambrettasIW8Goalmachine wrote:saw supergrass when they were supporting Oasis a few years back and they stole the show
