Kiev away

Kiev away

Post by SillySteward »

Hey folks

Appreciate that there is a similar topic relating to the Fenerbace game, so apologies.

My sister and I are looking into the possibility of getting over to Kiev for the game there. Can any of you good people give me some pointers for where to look for flights / packages / whatever.

Done a bit of hunting around so far and the prices for flights alone have been huge. Would we be looking at a fairly substantial cost to get there?

Also is anyone else looking to make the trip?

Any advice would be much appreciated

Cheers guys

To be honest mate,i dont think you are gonna get flights under £250 return for this game,i saw some for £280 cheapest. I was planning on going, but the round trip will be in excess of £400+. Wait and see what the travel club offer though

It's a long haul, I know...but Kiev is a really beautiful city to visit. For those who don't know, there is also a team there called Arsenal Kyiv 8)

they organise trips to all european away games & england away games. they do other trips too for rugby, motor racing etc. Usually they give out fliers around highbury. My mates who have been with them say they are a bit more relaxed then the travel club - but do similar trips, transfers, hotels etc. Usually day trips or 1 - 2 nights. My mates use these in preference to the travel club. i sort my own stuff out coz it's cheaper & i usually go away for 3 or 4 days

(altho i think it was sport options that had the fuck up with the cheski fans that got stranded & couldn't get out to moscow    )

check out their website

dunno - £200 at a guess - but it will be very similar price to travel club (probably a bit cheaper)

wait till they both announce prices & see which airport they are using, times they are going/getting back etc & pick the one that's best for you

bon voyage :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

(wish i was going   )
