Not that i can really speak on Mr 2Smooth's behalf (or anyone else's for that matter) but i'm sure he was just posting it in tribute and trying to bring attention to it rather than attempting to steal the credit from our very own Gooner Lennon & McCartney (aka Jim & Ben)!

Either way it's a good song so whoever is lucky enough to be going this weekend - Saturday and/or Sunday - how about seeing if this one can take off!

Speaking of Lennon & McCartney, here's another Beatles song for adaptation... Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0O7yUJB ... ed&search= - would have made a great song for Obafemi Martin's if we'd bought him, but maybe we can use it for someone else... Adebayor perhaps?

Whoever came up with this song (i know it was the beatles) this is the kind of material we need rather than the same old tunes used for different players. Moan Utd have about three songs for each player, we cannot adopt one for our and Brazillian captain!!!!
I am in the redaction section and this would go down a treat. C'mon gooners lets start getting behind these efforts and make some stick on the terraces!!!!
