Should we put an end to pointless polls?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I just castigated stats for pointless (Graham) polls on another thread.

And I hate Lech Walesa too. (Please no speeling collections)

stop castigating statto, he has to get statistics from somewhere and that somewhere may as well be the odd survey or seven.

Stats

If 100% of people sitting in my chair right now want another beer, but 0% per cent of people sitting in my chair want to go out and get some more beer , how are the 100% of people going to get their beer?

ah the whole want beer but can't be bothered to get it dilema. know that one, but i may have a solution.

brring brring
friendly beer hut employee: hello this is beer hut may i take your order.
U.F.G: Want Beer!
FBHE: okay then could i have your address please
U.F.G: BEEEEEEEEEEER!
and so it goes on.

i think i may be onto something there. who wants shares in beer hut, the world's first same hour beer home delivery service?

Exactly the right answer. God, your good!

Luckily, everyone in my chair remembered that they had some alcohol stashed away for an emergency so the night has been saved.
