HURLING, A REAL MANS GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'd love to put you on a hurling pitch Gus. Just for one minute. You'd be dead after 22 seconds. From fright.

Must say I prefer gaelic football to hurling Reb, seen both in the pins loads of times and even asked the finer points of the rules but always too pissed to remember so we have to ask again next time

gaelic football is for boggers and is just a mixture of other big ball games, hurling is the ancient game of the celts, they play a game called shinty in scotland and its very a like except they dont use there hands
