New third kit

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I quite like the 3rd strip in a sort of Alan Partridge Sports/Casual kind of way.

However If our friends in sunny Barcelona had a Rugby team, I'm sure that they would be wearing something very similar.

At the end of the day though remember our true colours:

RED & WHITE-HOME
YELLOW & BLUE-AWAY

Anything else is just WRONG

Would allow a green away too after the 80's efforts but nothing else.

I love the 3rd shirt. It looks really smart and I for one will definitely be buying it on Members Day

From Arsenal.Com

Members Day 2007

Tuesday 7th August 2007 Arsenal Football Club will be hosting it’s annual Members‘ Day at Emirates Stadium, where members will watch an exclusive first team training session.

The attendance for the Members‘ Day event will be under 10,000 supporters as it is by invitation only and open to Arsenal members who have pre-registered. There will be no admission to the general public. Doors open at 10.45am and the event is scheduled to last approximately 2 hours therefore during this time there will be a gradual ingress and egress of visitors.

Stearmaster,

I know they sent out e-mail invites to members as I received one a couple of weeks ago, but I think it may now be too late to get an invite to the event as it's on this Tuesday.

However, it is worth trying to ring Arsenal on Monday and get clarification.

I have to say I think the Barca connection is a bit weak!

If it had not been for a still very sore open wound involving a certain person "not on any departure boards" I dont think it would have been mentioned|!
