usual thread starter… Not sure if the defence looked so much better in the second half due to the changes or the team simply pinning Everton back in their own half. Guess we’ll find out tomorrow evening with – presumably – the same back line that started after the interval.

I did notice that he was rather quick to join in with the offside hand raising! It must have been the first thing Gallas taught him!
