Silvestre and Billy at the back with Toure and Fab in mid?

Toure isn't a midfielder, and Wenger has already dismissed that option out of hand.

Alex Song would be my preference, as although he's still learning the game, I do think he offers us better protection than Denilson.

Wenger has said in interview that Toure's build is too heavy to run round in central midfield for 90 mins.

I think Kolo needs to get in some shape myself, doesn't look "fit" if you ask me. Has he been watching too many movies and eating Ice cream with Tomas Rosicknote?

He is looking a bit heavy these days.

To be fair to Kolo, Wenger was taking about Toure's physiology.
He is built like a sprinter, makes a few powerful forward runs a game.
Flamini and Vieira were built more like middle distance runners.

Willy and Silvestre in the centre with Song in defence. Saying that though, what position was Diaby playing in when we played the Turks on Tuesday?

I'm guessing the rummors we wanted to sign Big Papa Diop a couple of years ago were fale then

How about Silli and Song in the reserves and Djouro Diaby or Denilson in the side?

I really can't believe Denilson get such a hard time. Immature..a bit, Talent..loads. He provide us with alot attacking wise as he gets around the pitch very well and he got a number assists and goals already. He's learning the defensive bit but he's not afraid to put his foot in so I reckon that will come pretty son as well,
