As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Anyway, it was great to meet a few more off here and we had a blast in the Gunners. Sorry we didn't make it back to the pins after; we ended up in the Library on Upper street and then Galasso phoned so we hung around to meet him. Turned out he was flying back to Germany at 7am so we had to stay drinking with him until 3am (I think) when he got his taxi to the airport.

Fordy, Doc J and I then went on to a real dodgy Russian bar in Shoreditch til about 5am where every bloke was white but all spoke like they "wuz black gangstas respect, bling, innit, etc etc..." Hilarious aresholes...

Oh and the usual shit near-death experience flight home with LyingAir... fucking turbulance all over, circle the runway ten times at a near 45 degree angle and then customary slam-landing into runway before an actual huge skid off over to the left... :shock:

I forgot to say what a pleasure it was to meet everyone I hadnt yet met (if that makes sense :lol: ), it was a fantastic evening, just a shame about the result.

that is certainly the reason i don't do sky sports news! tony madden - who used to edit highbury high - used to get untold grief from oppo fans because they recognised him from the box when he used to do sky sports stuff regularly. so i tend to keep a low visual profile if i can. those that have met me can tell you that you ain't missing much!
