ARSENAL TICKET F**K-UP

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

ARSENAL TICKET F**K-UP

Post by Galasso »

Firstly, my apologies in advance for putting this onto the general discussion board but as time is of the essence...

Any suggestions on the following, anything, is welcome.

I have season ticket, on seat change list over summer, money taken for seat mid july, no receipt or email, no memberships recorded online. Therefore...

This leads to be believe my card is not activated. Don't know for sure, all lines engaged - I am not in the country to sort out. Additional problem..

No memberships held mean can't buy Sparta tickets, for which I have already organised Travel, etc...!

There is no additional information on the website to help with this and I think my Dad might to affected also.

If anyone knows anybody inside the club, Arsenal staff, or has any ideas then I would be very grateful.

Galasso,

Just been onto the Box Office and after the usual 15 minute wait was transferred onto the Membership Help-line. It seems that they do have a current problem with the Membership Database and that information on there should be ignored.

I have, however, been verbally re-assured that if you are a Season Ticket holder and have renewed your membership, that there will be no trouble accessing the ground on Sunday. 8)

Cheers for the reply

I, after waiting god knows how long listing to Mozart, and paying god knows how much in charges, finally got to speak to a real person.

She said the same as you have stated. The cards are activated. Couldn't explain why I had received no correspondence or receipt - and why does it say online that no memberships are held? She (thinks) that only red and silver memberships are recognised. Strange...

Anyway, thanks again...now need to go the toilet desperately!!!
