Just been onto the Box Office and after the usual 15 minute wait was transferred onto the Membership Help-line. It seems that they do have a current problem with the Membership Database and that information on there should be ignored.
I have, however, been verbally re-assured that if you are a Season Ticket holder and have renewed your membership, that there will be no trouble accessing the ground on Sunday.

yep same here mate says i dont hold any valid memberships despite showing that id purchased them on the booking history im also not sure how loyalty points are calculated. contacted the hotline relatively helpful at explaining what had gone wrong with the reply "ummm not sure it'll sort itself out".MK Gould wrote:Just logged in and the wonderful site tells me that "You do not currently hold any valid memberships"! That's strange as the Booking History section of the same site confirms that I paid for the season tickets in April !!!
I also received not one, but two confirmation emails per season ticket - both on the same day!
Think I'll take Ed's advice and get there early on Sunday!

When I rang up to see if I could change seats, they denied it! Now, I'm stuck right up the back again for another seasonDeb wrote:Joy oh joy. Two season tickets arrived today. But talk about cutting it fine. I will never try to change seats again - can't take another summer of stress and strain! I guess I prefer to leave that for the team to provide

i doubt that there are any 'valid members' according to the website. however, despite this, i was able to book blackburn aways online this morning, so i suspect it is a coding issue with the site, and that the no valid membership line is currently coming up regardless of real status. however, i would still get in by 11 on sunday or at least have a steward with one of those readers outside the ground check your ticket before you head off to the pub (if any are opening early for the drinkers)
If its any consolation I noticed the following comment on newsnow "Blackburn Rovers fans still waiting to receive their season tickets have been reassured by the club that they will definitely arrive in time for Sunday's game with Arsenal. An upgrade in technology on the cards has been blamed as the reason for the delay in delivery". And I'm also aware that Spuds have had similar problems. Maybe all 3 clubs are using the same IT supplier......??
