What Arsenal players do you ACTUALLY like?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I like ALL the players... but I'm also aware of their flaws, and say so in posts, so maybe that comes across as if I don't like them, but that really isn't the case.

They're all (apart from Eboue) very talented players.. but they need experienced players around them!

Sagna and Clichy are quality fullbacks, Gibbs done well when called upon, Fabianski looks very talented but needs confidence, Silvestere has started well enough, Gallas is a very good defender who gets us goals. Cesc is world class, Walcott is adding consistency to his pace and has played well, Nasri looks a very good addition, Denilson has done alright and can't be blamed for being poorly used, Diaby continues to look like he could be very good if given more of a chance. Ade and Van Persie have got a good amount of goals despite not being at their best, Nic is a talented younger. Ramsey and Wilshire look very talented

I like them all except greedybayor, whom I detest with a passion
I will criticise any player whom I feel has not put in a decent performance, as a fan that is my right 8)

The mainly negative comments are born out of frustration. We can all see that with addition of a couple or 3 talented/experienced players we could have won the league last season and be way out in front now, given the easy fixtures we had.

We have some extremely talented players but just need that one extra ingredient to change us from being totally frustrating to totally world class. :banghead:

I've posted this elsewhere but it sums it up.

BTW the 71 team will always be special to me but at the moment Clichy, Cesc, Sagna, Kolo, nasri, Ed, etc are great. In fact my dislike is confined to Ade and Bendtner. Eboue would be a good squad player and RvP could come good. Just add in those extra bits of experience....... 8)

Jimmy Carter and Eddie McGolderick were fine outside rights.

Eboue is a lovely wing forward and I truly believe we will never see a better inside cente than David Hillier.

Patrick Viera, Dennis Bergkamp, Bobby Pires, Tont Adams and Liam Brady were all ok but usually shit.

I like nearly all of them, but its only fair to say about 50% of them are good enough.
