Actually the homegrown thing as it stands to be made wouldn't worry us at all, the likes of Cesc count for example. Why has Arsene gone for the English? Why shouldn't he? We don't get controversy, legal fee's, compensation and possibly more loyalty when we grow our own.

kameron was actually just posting the article for those who don't want the link, so fair play to him.
The point is that he didn't credit the original author. Anyone reading that could think it was his own work.

Copy and paste by all means (although I find it incredibly boring and would rather hear his own views and not those that he regurgitates) but you should credit the author, not pass it off as your own.
