The Carling Cup kids would be relegated (14/11)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

usual thread starter… has something passed me by? Does the ‘Respect’ campaign endorse the concept that players are allowed one free foul before risking a caution?

Well no not in theory, but it certainly seems to in practice. Especially if you get your fouls in early because refs now regard it as non PC to flash yellow cards too soon in a match.

What I'd like to know is how should the fans go about charging the FA, UEFA & FIFA with bringing the game into disrepute? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Why not teach them how to fight. Nanny state taking over football now.
Denis Bergkamp and Paddy V to name but a few could all dish it out. I for one was proud of our red card era, It said dont fuck with us we can play you off the park or if you dont want to play football we can kick you off it ,the choice is yours. The best way to stand up to a bully is a smack not to run to teacher.

In the top ten, hopefully above Spuds. And it was Corporal Jones, not Private.

Kids would be 10-12th.

Refs are now allowing a foul before the yellow card is shown.

Not sure why but if it can keep a lid on things later on then is for the best.
