I WISH FLAMINI WAS STILL HERE !!!!!

I wish Vieira was still 25 years old and playing for us.

Coquelin might well be the new Flamini.

Letting Gilberto go was a bigger mistake - the real leader in the Arsenal team and the protection that this back four is crying out for.

Agreed on Flimflam.

But Gilberto was past his best TBH. A shame (after his stellar work in 2004) but his last season with us was shocking, stumbling around the midfield like a hungover wino, a yard or five off the pace, spraying random passes into touch two yards behind the intended target...

A true great at his peak, but his peak was mostly gone by 2005...

Ive tried not to comment on any of the Flamini threads but this time its gone to far Flamini left because he got offered more money he had one good season and we wasn't much better than we are this year!
