theo out. eboue in? good news!

theo out. eboue in? good news!

Post by thegrovegooner »

Just trying to put a positive spin on it. but if Eboue comes in than maybe it with help out our defence. we will see more overlapping runs from sagna. and have a greater physical and defensive presence.

Problem number one is we are leeking goals. this may help.

views anybody?

Not good news. Theo hs been one of our best players this season.

Silver lining is maybe Ramsey or Wilshere or Simpson get a go to see what they can do.

Same thought here, he is still a decent player as a wing back.

Maybe, he will do the stepover again, and drive in the penalty box, and we win 1-0

Am I the only one that thinks Theo has not been good this season? Sure he runs past the opposing teams left back once in a while, but he never creates anything out of it. He's not good at the quick passing and moving that even Eboue is good at. He leaves the ball behind him as he's going 100 miles per hour half the time.

God I miss Rosicky.

I do not share most of your views on Theo.

Yes at time she does leave the ball behind.

Yes at times he is uncertain about the final ball.

BUT IN HIS FAVOUR

He is fast as lightning.

His spirited runs lift an otherwise highly viscose team, especially with Cesc misfiring.

By running at full backs he pushes the opposition onto the back foot, creating a "defending from attack" way of playing.

He has scored three times this season.

He is able to cut the ball back for others to score.

If tackled, he has created corners for the team.

He is improving and becoming more integral to the team with each game.

For a 19 year old he is at the level of ability to be expected, and will improve more as his experience and physical strength increase with age.
