LIVERPOOL GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

We have to get their back 10 moving. Sticking balls down Hyppia's throat all day won't cut it. He'll mark Adebayor so we have to get it into Ade's feet.

I think we will win the game. The hurt from anfield should still be there so we should hopefully see the intensity we got at Chelski.

As much as many dislike Song I actually think we have looked more solid in the league and any of the top 4 would struggle without all their wingers. With Nasri back that will give us a bit more balance.

We may see Almunia, Sagna, Gallas, Djourou, Clichy
Denilson, Song, Fabregas, Nasri
RVP
Adebayor

Hopefully we can get 2 before we concede our obligatory goal.

2-1

Phew I'm 20 rows behind and in a different block. I was imagining how to introduce Wayno to my son. Chris "this is the bloke off the forum who likes dogs....."

Wayno i tend to find that the kids use worse language than me.

Well,it looks like Nasri will be back,so in this case I would go this way:Almunia;Sagna,Gallas,Djourou,Clichy;Denilson,Fabregas,Song,Nasri;Adebayor,Van
Persie(Fabianski;Silvestre;Eboue,Ramsey,Diaby;Bendtner,Vela).Although not convinced of both Denilson&Song,I still think they are going to start the game.In the second half probably Diaby&Vela to come on,unfortunately I guess we may see Bendtner&Eboue again too. :banghead: Hope for the best-I think we´ll win 2-1 with Adebayor scoring a brace but we may concede one as well. But still-we will win! :barscarf:

With our first choice team we would beat them.

Yet we do not have much pace or width in midfield.

Need Nasri to play, but how fit will he be?

Just got back in from watching my son's team win 8-0 and just setting off for the game. Hopefully this is a good omen.

8-0 to the Arsenal.....

Seriously absolutely cacking my pants. If you see an overweight guy in his 50s in block 28 being given CPR following a heart attack, it'll probably;y be me.

With Villas result yesterday this is now a must win game.
I'm not at all confident of this team but here's hoping they can turn the scousers over.
