Formula Arsenal

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

DON'T WORRY, THERE IS LITTLE OR NO TRUTH IN IT AT ALL.

ECCLESCAKE WAS ASKED ABOUT THE RUMOURS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND DENIED IT. HE IS JUST USING THE SUBSEQUENT MEDIA REPORTS FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES.

PEOPLE WORRY ABOUT KRONEKE, BUT I WOULDN'T HAVE THAT BACK-STABBING, CHAV SUPPORTING, ENGLISH MIDGET IN CHARGE AT ARSENAL FOR ANY PRICE!! :x

The man seems to be fecking full of himself .. and given his comments about football, and the fact that he is a chavski supporter, I think if he did make a bid it may be for negative reasons -- ie, for profit taking, to elimate competion (yeah, thats is possible for the very rich) ... besides if he owned Arsenal, I am sure someone with his ego would want to choose the team (hong-kong style) ...

Giving the two personas, i would choose silent stan anyday .. this eccleston guy sounds like a very very bad idea ...

Dont like this Ecclestone guy. Seems to me from what I've read is that he is a self important, power hungry guy who doesn't listen much to others and feels his way is the right way always...(although with a fortune of £4bn, maybe he is right all the time?)
