Read in the paper we are signing Modriv?

I would welcome Modric - he is quality

Also would like to see Nuri Sahin 18 yrs CM (Feyenoord) at the club and Pablo Piatti 18 yrs Winger (ARG - Estudiantes) - both would be good Wenger buys. Both have blistering pace and great footwork

No m8,he's "fantasista",short,light and pacey offensive midfielder like Aimar,Sneijder,Xavi...definitely not like Vieira,Gattuso,Gilberto...

I wouldn't be surprised if Real Madrid bought him. I mean, they've already got Sneijder & Drenthe in the space of about 2 days!

Shakhtar's owner Rinat Akhmetov has about $12 billion(!) and has already offered €25m for Modric...money is not the issue for him...he once said he's ready to buy Ronaldinho with cash,no matter the price,but won't cause he knows R10 wouldn't wanna go to Ukraine...
