Morten Gamst Pederson link

Post by highburyJD »

in some dubious web sources (all citing 'the people' newspaper) we are linked with Pederson
I'm a huge fan of his - exactly the sort of penetrative left footed line hugging yet goalscoring winger we need to replace JAR
apparently a £7M bid has been turned down and Hughes wants Flamini or Bendtner as a make-w8

no way would we release bendtner but we have song, diaby and denilson as backup centremids - even kolo can play there

I'd def take that deal

whens the CL group deadline?

I'd quite like Pedersen. At the moment though any wide player would be better than the wide players we have, including the likes of:....oh no wait.....we don't actually.....um....oh....ok then.....

MGP would be a good signing and I think I remember from last year that he may have some sort of release clause if certain clubs want to sign him....does this ring any bells to anyone?

Anyway, if I were Wenger, I'd be offering Blackburn:

a) £7m + Flamini (is it me or does Flamini look like a homeless person?)

b) £8m + Flamini + Song (......)

sorry but Flamini shouldnt be allowed to leave after sunday! the guy is hugely committed to Arsenal and you could see by the verbal and the back hander he aimed at Tony time wasting warner! I just wish we had more players with as much heart as flamini! I know he aint gifted in terms of skill but Matty always gives 100%

yeah, matty (not taylor, all_arsenal, mind .. :P ) has not been allowed to really settle into one position ... I believe that if he is allowed to settle, he will be a lot better than folks give him credit ... I actually rated him when both gaeland cashley were injured, and he filled in nicely (well, mostly) ... utility is great in a team, for emergencies ... also, he gave 110% on sunday ...

MGP will be a most welcome signing .. many notches more than matty taylor

We need a good left winger...they want one of our numerous central midfielders (well according to rumours)...Flamini is a true pro and gives 100% every game...but he is by no means better than any other of our CM's. We would be gaining far more as a team than we would be losing...
