Man City & Kaka

Man City & Kaka

Post by Arsenal Gu Bragh »

If Kaka does go to Man City and they do stay up and build a global empire of talent and Villa continue to improve. What happens to Arsenal?

To be honest I didn't think Kaka would leave Milan for City. To leave a top serie A team for a struggling side made no sense to me. However when you see £91-£175 million being offered and kaka reported to earn a million pound a fortnight , its seems possible.

If they offer lots of players that, the dream team idea sems possible.

I don't want to moan because I believe we are building a special team that needs a few tiny pieces added to be great, but we aren't going to have top4 or top6 finsih soon, if this kind of money starts showing up.

Remember Newcastle will still be looking for a buyer and so will Middlesbrough. I know it sounds daft but who would have seen this stuff linked with city two years ago?

i really don't worry it too much. what will be will be. at the end of the day anyone that will pay a player 1/2 a million then good luck to them. i'd rather be in our position than theirs anyday.

City aren't going to sign any world class players, they only got Robinho cos he would have signed for Doncaster Ladies to get away from Madrid, watch him angle for a move in the summer.

You've kind of said it!
Why would anyone want to waste the money trying to build a successful team when they's already others.
My point is with either the Glaziers, Abramovic and now Man Citeh's owners there's only one Premier league trophy.

Someone going to be a bit pissed off if they don't win! :D (At the moment that's already Roman Abramovic)

For all their money though, any of these teams can only field 11 players at a time.

Anything can happen. They won't be an unstoppable titan or anything. Look at Chel$ki. They're certainly not unbeatable for all the money they've spent.

I see on the news this morning that AC have given Kaka permission to talk to Citeh.

This could change a lot as now Kaka knows he is for sale at the right price his allegiance to the club maybe severly tested. Now knowing that Milan are willing to sell him could could break his loyalty to them.

I wouldn't be suprised now if he does make the move.

I'm suprised that Kaka's even talking. I understand that he's driven by religion and not money. So despite being reportedly offered £1M a fortnight, I'm kind of hoping that he'll make a point that no money would make him move.
But if his dad is listening to Citeh that kind of assumes Kaka's interested.
Although I know he'd like to play here in England.

Another note Does anyone know (from the AGM) what our wage bill is?
I can see Citeh's being astronomical and continuing!
They'll never be able to break even and alway be in debt (not that would matter to the owners)
They'd be royally fucked if the owners got bored and walked away! :D

Religion will still play a big part in his life as everyday he will be heard asking "Jesus Christ for the love of God why did I join this shit pit of a football club"

Religion?

Have you seen that praise the lord nonsense Adecashwhore does as he steps onto the pitch?

He isn't driven by money is he! God probably told him to screw Arsenal for every penny he can or force a move abroard!
