FAV ARSENAL GOAL

There are many for different reasons

Of course Mickey Thomas Anfield 89 stands out for many reasons mainly winning the title in the last minute !

I like to catorgrise my goals like so if you want copy and paste and choose your own!

Fav goal Vs Spuds Tony Adams 1993 Fa Cup semi final (laying the ghost to rest) close 2nd Henry from the half way line run taking on 9 player

fav goal Vs Man USA Henry when he scored with some form of hooked volley on the edge of the box

Fav Goal Vs Foriegn opponents Henry at Real Madrid or Stefan Swarz vs sampdoria

Fav other Goal Ian Wright vs Everton yep you know the one the chipping over the Everton defender then over the keeper pure class

I know this, but leaving aside who it was and the circumstances, it was an amazing goal.

that meant so much 2 everyone but i wanted a goal that didnt win us something and one of the reasons i picked chippys was after he scored and he was running back he turned 2 the shelf arms up as if 2 say theres only one team in london, classic

I was going to say Mickey's at Anfield 89 or Charlie George's winner in the 71 cup final but if you want one that did'nt win us anything then what about Anders Limpar's chip from the half way line over Hooper in the Liverpool goal, I think the stadium was actually silent for a second or so until we all realised he actually had just done that and we were'nt dreaming. Then there's Charlie Nicholas's goal against the spuds at Highbury that seemed to take an eternity to cross the line. I'd better stop there coz too many are coming to mind now

Absolute peach!

Another favourite is Winterburn's RIGHT foot screamer against Wimledon!

Pearler!

Rocky's mazy run against Boro!

I remember The Limpar goal ever so well right behind the goal in the middle of the north bank. oh happy days. I think most people thought what the hell is he trying? and was in amazement when it went in!

much like the David Seaman hitting the cross bar Vs Derby one boxing day afternoon 90 if memory serves me correct. and Smudger followed up with a diving header!

does anyone remember the screamer Steve Morrow scored against Sheff Wednesday in the Coca cola cup at Highbury? now if that was a Bergkamp goal I'm sure it would of got a mention
