BOYCOTT ARSENAL HOME GAMES

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Would you boycott a game if we don't sign anyone?

BOYCOTT ARSENAL HOME GAMES

Post by MyOldMan »

If everyone gets fed the same shit from Arsene eventually alot of people
are going to start boycotting the Games. Untill they sack the board and
ask questions of Arsene I think we should take this action if nothing happens in the transfer window.

I disagree with sacking the board, but agree Wenger has been talking bollocks far too often and we are definately being mugged off with the non-existance in the transfer markets.

Totally disagree with boycotting games - I'm not some spoilt bastard who only goes if we're winning all the time.

There are issues within the team and the club that need to be addressed but boycotting home games if not going to help anyone.

We can show our disapproval in other ways - like not singing Adebayor's song.

The answer is simple. no.

Im not a plastic fan i think our squad is still amazing to watch. I am not going to boycott the team i love and support.

Although if prices keep going up I may think of it! I think its horrendous in this economic situation what they charge us, I think next season they should really think of making tickets more aquirable for the better fans out of us lost.

Out with Newspaper fans!

If you are a proper gooner you will always support your club -

i wouldnt go that far, but i def wouldnt go as often as i do. i def wouldnt go, if knew he was gonna pick "no. 27" in the team, as i despise the *word censored*. paying £40+ a time, plus flights etc, 2 watch shite like him, and his less than average team mates, no thanks. a boycott - no, less games - aye.

Judging by the many thousand empty seats at several of the recent home games it is already happening!

Stupid idea anyway because:

a) We're fans, fans support their team not boycott games. We can moan on here or even boo at games if that is your thing but boycott - no, it achieves nothing, especially with a man as stubborn as Wenger!

b) How do you think a half empty stadium would make the players react?
Not very well I expect! Greedybayor and some of the others already play like they don't give a toss, make the stadium half empty and they'll probably boycott the team!!
