personally i t hinkgs this is a load of bollox.
i genuinely fail to understand how a website such as that can suffer any form of grief.
Offest the hosts server capabilities against the total number of subscribed members all logging in at the same time and thats your max usage limit. if it can handle that the site will never suffer. clearly this is the issue, as it never happens when other games hit the 'red level' sale threshold.
A multimillion pound organisation like Arsenal suffering from technical problems is inexcusable
buyin tickets for roma - site problem
ok so here goes. im a red member, i rang ticketmaster from my mobile at work as usual at 10.25am get through tell them my mebership numbers, card details etc, guy says there is a problem with the system, do you want to hold on so i said yes. he comes back saying there is technical difficulties our technicians are working on it, but we dont now how long its going to be, and he had saved my tickets i had asked for,so i had 2 options. hold on or risk losing the tickets? loads of other people stayed on hold, and after being on the phone for half hour i decided to hang on. i ended up getting the tickets, after being on the phone 1hour 50 mins from my mobile to an 0844 number which is a piss take anyway at 35p a minute. so 110 mins x 35p is £38.50. so the 2 roma tickets i got today were £65.50 + booking fee in the orange qudrant block 99. With my phone bill on top the tickets cost me £172.80 for 2. thats £86.40 a ticket!! what a fukin joke, arsenal treat there fans like shit.

This is disgusting and entirely in keeping with Arsenal's attitude BUT WHY AM I NOT IN LEAST SURPRISED ?
Write to 'Big Daddy' Hill-Wood and see what response you get.
Actually sign the letter Nina Bracewell-Smith and see if that makes a difference !
