Funnily enough, when I got my phone with 3 they said certain services would be activated 7 days after taking out the contract. Services never game, and their return period had ended. There are loads of foreign channels that you can get here to watch Arsenal games live - A lot of them broadcast with English commentary so thats a bonus!!
You need ideally an 80cm (minimum) or 1m dish
motorised is better as you get more choice
a receiver - technomate ones are easy to use!
then you have a choice - there are a few channels that you can get by using a firmware patch on the box to get some channels or you can buy official cards for overseas packages (cheaper than Sky/Setanta. Or you can get some more "cough" cards that are cheaper again!!
Search google for M2plus - Gamma - Diablo cam
It all seems a bit daunting at first but its not too hard!!
