SOPCAST / COMPUTER EXPERT NEEDED PLEASE!!

Hello there ! Somebody help me out please

When I try to download sopcast I get so far and then this happens

RUNTIME ERROR

Program c /windows/ temp/set up-Sopcore 1-1.2007.4.20 EXE


This application had requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way please contact the application support team for more info


I know my pc is old , I have windows 98 is that why? Anybody else have problems running sopcast on 98 ? Any help / ideas would be welcomed !!

same as you chunks,, windows 98 at work and cannot get the sopcast 2 work,, i download it but when i try 2 watch a game it says ( u must download sopcast ) goin 2 end up watchin match on the txt on bbc :cry:

Maybe its a windows 98 thing then! A massive earlyish pat on the back for you as you approach 1000 posts thats a real superb effort from a funny and loyal gooner . Well done Rebel

Im old !!! Still havent found out if its because I have 98 that it wont work .Didnt have a clue what the message was that came up and Im sure there is a pc expert on here somewhere :wink:

Chunky, when you download Sopcast you have the choice to Run or Save. Try saving to your desktop and when download is complete try installing from that.

I think the problem is probably due to Win98 but its worth a try.

There is an faq and forum on the footydoctor site that might be worth a visit for advice.

When i tried to download it i got a warning from AVG that it contained a trojan,
then again it also told me that i was downloading from Shangai technologies?
We all seem to be getting different responses. :twisted:
